HOMS Costa Rica was born from a vision to transform property management into an exercise of absolute transparency and legal excellence. Founded after years of experience in the tourism and real estate sectors, our firm specializes in the expert navigation of Law 7933.
What began as a small consulting practice has become a trusted name for condominium management along the Guanacaste coast — Playa Potrero, Flamingo, Mar Vista, Tamarindo and Playa Langosta.
